My mom had a surgery some two weeks ago, and she has been grounded at home by my dad ever since.
All she could do is use her computer, watch TV and a truck load of DVDs.
And of course she isn’t quite the happy camper not being able to go out, as evident in this photo:

I was a little hesitant when I see Ben Affleck in the credit list of Gone Baby Gone, but I still decided to rent it from Blockbuster for the good reviews it received. I mean, let’s be honest, when is the last good film you saw that stars Ben Affleck?
Living up to the reviews, Gone Baby Gone turned out really enjoyable and left me with the feeling I had when I finished the likes of Crash, or Mystic River. Definitely worth your time if you haven’t already seen it.
But while I was watching the film, the same question bothered me throughout the whole thing:
